1) Install Drivers
Download and install the correct driver for your OS from the Support downloads. If a driver shows “Coming Soon”, it means the file isn’t available yet.
2) Install PSCAN Studio
Windows Portable
Download PSCAN Studio from Support downloads and extract the ZIP.
Run the application and connect your PSCAN device via USB.
3) Update Firmware (Optional)
Firmware binaries are available in the Firmware section of Support downloads. Make sure the device stays connected during update.
Recommended workflow
1. Download the firmware file for your device model.
2. Open PSCAN Updater (if available) or PSCAN Studio update tool.
3. Select the firmware file and start the update.
4) Troubleshooting
Common fixes
If the device isn’t detected, reinstall the driver and try another USB port/cable.
If firmware download is missing, it will display as “Coming Soon”.
